Welcome to the Zanzi website! Zanzi was formally established in 2007, in West Sussex. Through Zanzi we provide engaging, inspiring and a highly practical approach to Training - Coaching - Mentoring - Employability - People Development. With an in-depth understanding of the Business world from an Employer, Operational and Quality perspective, Zanzi is committed to ensuring businesses and individuals develop to their full potential.

Sandra's Credentials
Sandra Slaughter created Zanzi as a natural step to three successful years working as an Independent Trainer, Coach and Business Consultant. Prior to this, her experience spanned senior, hands-on roles.
With 15 years experience in Management, including the roles of Customer Service, HR, Training and Development and Corporate Social Responsibility with Family run businesses through to Blue Chip organisations, Sandra creates trust and builds relationships at all levels to ensure businesses and individuals develop to their full potential and produce genuine, long-term and sustainable results.
