Through a series of private and confidential ‘face to face’, on-line or telephone sessions we will work personally together as required to fulfil your objectives, clear obstacles, discover talent, build confidence or develop knowledge etc. to enable you to ‘take control of your role’.

Through a relevant blend of honest conversations, training, coaching, creative activities, feedback and practical challenges we can increase creative thinking, clarify vision, improve leadership/ management skills, enhance personal effectiveness, increase productivity and ultimately your overall contentment about who you are and what you are doing in this present time.

This service is not for the faint hearted. It is a robust, honest and meaningful process for any-one who is serious about their personal development, business success, open minded and with a strong desire to be the protagonist in this current chapter of their story.

MENTORING ~ supporting personal development and empowerment

The Zanzi team are very pleased to be able to offer a three day workshop covering a  range of interactive, innovative, creative and practical sessions in Peer support and Mentoring; allowing the learner to reflect on their own learning and performance whilst supporting and mentoring a peer in the workplace or at school/college


Some of the main sessions provided:

  • Different Peer roles and support
  • Mentoring and supporting skills
  • Practical skills demonstrating mentoring and support
  • Identifying individual support groups and networking

These themes will be broken down into smaller workshops providing discussions, practical assignments, creating reports, role play, assessments and observations accommodating various learning styles.

The three days may be held one day per week or three consecutive days. The learner will create a portfolio and workshops are tailored to the needs of the group attending. Maximum 12 learners in a group.

Pre-course information will be required in preparation for course planning. Evaluation is collected at the conclusion of the course to measure impact
