I was delighted with the response from the team after their participation in the fun and games that cleverly disguised different learning exercises. It is often difficult to keep people animated and interested for any length of time, particularly when we have such a varied age range within our team.

The fear factor of trying something new and different soon dissolved with your enthusiasm and support for our less confident team members. Being new to the world of management, Sandra gave me great support, guidance and encouragement through the series of training sessions I took part in over the course of a year.
