Please meet three of our VITM’s (Very Important Team Members):
Terry Chippington
Terry is an experienced work-based Learning, Training and Development Specialist with a track record of success delivering NVQ programmes, timely achievement and auditing to ensure quality requirements, contractual compliance and assessment standards. Very effective use of Ofsted criteria, improving Centres’ performance from grade 4 to grade 2 A qualified assessor (D32/33; A1/A2) and IV (D34); Fully qualified to teach post 19 students on courses including PTLLS, CTLLS and DTLLS; BA Ed (PCET) and C & G 7407 (stage 3 ) Cert Ed.
Terry has worked for two large Further Education Colleges in Surrey, holding positions of NVQ Co-ordinator, LIV & Training/Programme Manager. She has set up & managed NVQ centres gaining approval for new programmes & performance managed/trained both assessors & IVs. Completed a consultancy assignment with Surrey Police; working with Probationers through to Assistant Chief Constable to enable the first 32 Police Officers in England to achieve NVQ in Policing L3 & L4 and achieve confirmed officer status; a new Home Office directive for police training.
Terry has spent the last 2 years working with a national welfare to work provider in supporting unemployed clients back into sustainable employment. Training staff & carrying out regular quality audits of provision against DWP & OFSTED criteria. She was also responsible for both employability centres & NVQ skills centres, carrying out graded observations on advisors, tutors, assessors & IVs. Recently working in the start up team for a prime work programme contract in Surrey/Sussex. Holding the post of Interim Business Centre manager - quickly achieving top of the league table for jobs in the CPA for Avanta.
Gina d’Albiac
Following an early career in predominantly technical environments within the commercial sector (oil, management consultancy and construction), Gina became part of a small team running a joint county project (across Sussex and Kent) for the LEA.
In 1996 she undertook a 3 year counselling course and worked as a consultant for a leading HR and People Performance Consultancy, qualifying as a coach within the following 2 years.
Since being involved in outplacement, Gina has coached and supported staff across most sectors, including work on major contracts within:
Public Bodies: RSPCA, Home Office, OPRA, Universities, District Councils, NHS Finance: American Express, Barclays, NatWest .
Insurance: Norwich Union, Zurich, Sun Alliance
Utilities: Gas and Water
Technologies: Philips Electronics, Cap Gemini, Sony
Retail: Unilever, Body Shop
Pharmaceuticals: Pharmacia & Upjohn and Avensis
Smaller contracts have included clients from many other organisations and local business.
Gina works with clients in both workshop environments and 1:1 sessions on topics including: career coaching and planning, coping with change, networking, increasing self-awareness, making an impression, interview techniques, CV writing, internal and external job search plus specialist topics requested by the clients.
Diana
Diana is honoured to be associated with Zanzi as part of the Intuitive Intelligence programme. With a background in Facilities Management and PA work, Diana’s corporate career spanned several major employers including Cairn Energy, Rank Organisation, Origin and AIG.
In 2001 Diana set up her own coaching practice and continued her personal development training with highly respected teachers and now has a diverse portfolio in the healing arts and a deep interest and understanding of the dynamics of human consciousness. With over eleven years practice in facilitating and empowering positive change Diana integrates her skills with knowledge woven from leading edge quantum physics science to ancient earth-based wisdom and traditions.
As The Life Whisperer and with natural Clairsentient and Intuitive abilities, Diana has helped countless individuals and groups through coaching, healing therapies, workshops, retreats, spiritual teaching and guidance. Her work has included meditation workshops for a local borough council and a leadership & management conference as well as running personal development groups.
With an uncanny ability to portray complex and subtle concepts in an accessible format, Diana is periodically a guest speaker to groups, teams and organisations and also offers private mentoring. In 2007 she wrote an article in The Association of Coaching Bulletin regarding the increased interest in holistic coaching and, more recently, her work continues to be featured in a leading national mind, body spirit magazine (Kindred Spirit, Sept 2011) as well as local radio.
